I run a small company with a few employees, providing a maintenance and repair service to the commercial work boat fleet. We have a large variety of local and interstate suppliers and carry a variety of spare parts and stock items.
For eight years leading up to September 2023 I was on the tools, supervising staff, ordering parts, doing quotes/invoices and managing the books too. Needless to say, it was very much a “squeaky wheel gets the oil” scenario…
Utilising the services of Heidi and co has not only allowed me to spend more time on the job but they have also brought a professional touch to what was otherwise a numerical mess!
